International company involved in distribution of quality innovative urogynaecological and urological products is seeking a suitable candidates for the position of: Sales manager - Sales representatives/ product specialists Miejsce pracy: województwo śląskie i małopolskie Region Name: śląskie Job Description: * They will be assigned a sales teritorry stationed in or around Katowice/ Krakow and focusing on expansion of full line of company´s medical devices. * He/she will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to clinicians. * Additionally, the sales manager candidate will be responsible for sales results in the mentioned area of gynaecological, urogynaecological and urological implantology and surgical stress incontinence treatment. * He/she will develop and maintain contacts with key clients. * Prepare market analysis , sales and marketing plans. Requirements: * This position requests ability to handle customer question and sales training methodology. * Operating room experience is the advantage as well as the knowledge of product registration with state agency. * A valid driver´s licence and University degree for both positions is required * The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and self-motivated person with strong time management and planning skills, have the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan including collaboration with other company associates in fluent english.
